Shipping Overview

Pre-order Lab Coats will be shipped to customers in early 2024.

We offer free Standard Shipping (3-8 days) on all US Domestic orders over $100. We offer free Standard International Shipping (6-10 days) on all International orders over $200. To upgrade to our 2-Day Express Shipping, additional fees will be calculated at the checkout. The shipping fees associated with US orders under $100 and International orders under $200 will vary depending on location and delivery speed and will be displayed at check-out.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation number. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and delivery location.

P.O. Box or APO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@amorsui.com. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all garment tags attached. We cannot accept returns of isolation gowns.

AmorSui is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

We are unable to offer exchanges, we ask that you return your order for a refund following our instructions above, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.
