Shipping Overview
Orders are shipped via UPS within 1-3 days of purchase. Orders with custom embroidery take an additional 2 days to ship.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation number. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and delivery location.
P.O. Box or APO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Initiate your return or exchange via THIS LINK using your order #. You can find your order # in your order confirmation email.
All international orders are final sale.
Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all garment tags attached. We will closely examine each return to assure it has not been worn.
A processing fee of $6.95 will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
AmorSui is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
