Meet our Founder
Ph.D chemist Beau Wangtrakuldee founded AmorSui after she was severely injured in a lab. A chemical spill burned straight through her commonly supplied lab coat onto her thigh. Beau realized personal protective equipment needed to be better, and she set out to create a new standard for PPE.

Disposable PPE is polluting the planet. Most medical PPE is designed for a single use, and made with plastics that are not recyclable. 200M tons of disposable medical waste is sent to landfills daily. The plastic in PPE can take up to 400 years to decompose.
77% of women in the healthcare workforce wear PPE that does not fit them. Standard PPE is made to fit caucasian male bodies and does not properly protect women with different body shapes.
According to OSHA, the proper use of PPE can prevent 38% of injuries and diseases. 2–14% of occupational injuries resulting in total disability are caused by employees not wearing appropriate PPE.

We work in a vertical factory
From crafting our fabrics and trims to cutting and sewing our products to packaging our orders for shipping, everything is done in the same place. Minimizing transportation reduces our carbon footprint.

Most PPE on the market is disposed after a single use. AmorSui PPE is specifically designed to stand up to 100 washes with every safety feature intact.
