When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order isolation gowns will ship in July 2024. If your order contains both pre-order isolation gowns and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship as soon as possible. Please don’t hesitate to email us at info@amorsui.com.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation number. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Contact us at info@amorsui.com with any further questions.

How do I care for my lab coat and isolation gown?

Home launder using normal cycle with similar colored fabrics at low temperatures (not more than 104℉ or 40℃) with commercial detergents or soaps. 

Do not leave your jacket or gown soaking and do not use softening agents. Rinse thoroughly. Tumble dry on delicate or permanent press cycle at low temperature (not more than 230℉ or 110℃). 

Do not twist or wring. Do not iron.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Initiate your return or exchange via THIS LINK using your order #. You can find your order # in your order confirmation email.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all garment tags attached. We will closely examine each return to assure it has not been worn.

A processing fee of $6.95 will be applied to all returns and exchanges.

AmorSui is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address.
